Turnout

It took me 50 minutes to vote this morning. There were a LOT of people in line. I've never had to wait this long before.

Hopefully we'll actually know the results of the presidential race tonight. My fear is that it will drag on a month like last time.

That's nothing--it took me two and a half hours to vote, and I heard about people waiting nearly five hours for the "right" to vote. One of the polls on campus ran out of English ballots and had to give out Spanish and Vietnamese ones. The line I stood in averaged 200 people during the time I was there. It was ridiculous, and cool, and ended up not making much of a difference. Too bad.
