Comments: Forgetting how to sleep

Heh. Get used to the hiccups in Nathan's sleep-pattern-evolution. Hopefully the all-night thing will stick!

He's what? About 3 months now? AJ was always a champion sleeper, but right before 3 months she locked into a solid 7-9 hour stretch of uninterrupted sleep every night. (We never really talked about it to other parents, lest we sound like we were bragging. No one else seemed to share our luck in the baby-sleep department, so we avoided the topic in case we jinxed something for ourselves.) Her daytime naps scooted around a bit to compensate, but after a couple weeks she established some new patterns the whole family enjoyed.

Colds and viruses seem to be the only thing that throws her sleep patterns all out of whack. She's had 2 viruses in 3 months. The latest one she's just getting over, but it requires a 2-4am wake up with a 4oz 'snack' to get back to sleep. Luckily for me, Dad has been taking care of the early morning wake-up calls. ;>
