They have every conceivable shape and size of teapot and replacement parts for them all. 110 volt? got it. 220 volt? got it. 12 volt? got that too. Free seminar on how to brew tea? Saturday at 8am. Free seminar on how to descale your pot? Wednesday at 7pm. Rewiring and replacing a faulty heating element? Sunday at 2.
